Global scholarships are performing well on Monday morning, despite concerns about a potential US government shutdown affecting disclosure timelines.

U.S. Congress leaders convene with President Donald Trump on Monday ahead of the deadline for federal funding, in the absence of a deal on a short-term spending measure.

The proposal, which extends the government until the middle of November, must be approved by October 1st.

Beth Hammack, the president of the Federal Reserve of Cleveland, informed CNBC that the US Federal Reserve is challenged with balancing efforts to combat ongoing inflation while also protecting jobs.

After a US GDP increase exceeded predictions, experts have scaled back their projections for future interest rate cuts this year. The market was influenced by the Federal Reserve’s favored inflation measure, the August PCE, which rose by 0.3% and met market forecasts.

According to Nomad’s investment specialist Bruno Shahini, the 0.3% increase in August and the 2.7% rise over the past year have further confirmed the gradual deceleration in inflation.
