Entrepreneur José Oswaldo Dell Agnolo, who owns The Boss office in Curitiba, has been missing for three weeks following reports of losses totaling R$ 1 billion. The information was reported by Ric RECORD.

At least 800 customers have reported not receiving refunds from transactions. They have lodged complaints with the Paraná Civil Police Stelionate Police (PCPR), with five individuals attempting to reclaim a $12 million investment.

One of the wounded individuals interviewed by the Ric Record website was Luis Francisco Nowotarski, a sales representative. He stated that he has been a client of The Boss since 2018 and mentioned investing R $ 300,000, a significant amount for his family’s finances.

“It was supposed to be a contribution of R $ 10 thousand. As a result, it was not deposited on the agreed date, so I reached out to the company’s customer service. They then informed me that the investment account was blocked,” the victim disclosed.

Dell Agnolo went missing on September 7 after using a carpool app at 11:30 p.m. He had been staying in a chalet in Araucaria, near Curitiba. Customers suspect that Dell Agnolo intentionally disappeared without returning the money.

Futuree Bank Relationships

The General Balance Curitiba’s report stated that The Boss is affiliated with Futuree Bank, a digital bank located in Batel neighborhood, providing credit assurance. The company is owned by João Kobayashi and Eduardo Votobra, both of whom are young individuals under the age of 30.

Eduardo, the son of Joshua Votobra, who works as a financial market accountant at Dell Agnolo office, is accused of using his connections to bring in new investors for the office under investigation.
